My passion is helping others access their inner wisdom for healing, clarity, and understanding. By practicing hypnotherapy I have the privilege to assist in overcoming limiting beliefs, in healing emotions, releasing old blocks, and wounds. In my practice I witness how this methodology helps to improve our daily lives, discover who we are at a deeper level, understand life in a larger context, and experience our own divine nature beyond physical limits.

What is Hypnosis?

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. This is a natural state and we all go in and out of hypnosis many times every day: the moment just before drifting off to sleep and the moment just before becoming consciously awake, while reading a book, watching a movie, or daydreaming. Hypnosis is a safe and natural function of the human mind. This subtle shift of consciousness allows us to use our imagination, to become fully engaged with a singular focus such as reading a good book, to fully relax, to focus inwardly.

In deep hypnosis the conscious mind takes a back seat, allowing the all-knowing and understanding higher consciousness take control and explore beneath the levels of conscious awareness, providing guidance and healing. You are always in control of your experience during a hypnosis session, and can go as deep into hypnosis as you allow yourself to. The hypnotist is simply a facilitator, guiding you through your own experience. In fact, you gain control rather than lose control in hypnosis. By working with the deeper reaches of the mind, you understand how you create your own reality, and are able to create new pathways and change your life.

And therefore if the head and the body are to be well, you must begin by curing the soul ; that is the first thing.  -Plato
